We can’t wait to welcome your dog to Luna’s Play Date! To keep every dog safe, happy, and relaxed, we have a few simple requirements before your dog joins us.
Our 3 step process

Join the waiting list
Our services are coming soon, and spaces will be limited. Join the waiting list to be among the first to secure your dog’s place.

Registration
Once your dog’s spot is available, we’ll ask you to complete a short registration form, including: Dog’s details (breed, age, medical history) Vaccination records Dietary needs or medication Emergency contact information.
3
Meet & Greet
Before attending day care or kennels, your dog will have a brief meet-and-greet with our team: Introduce your dog to the facility and staff Assess social skills and comfort level Ensure your dog is happy and confident. A trial may also be requested as the health and well-being of your dog comes first.
Enrolment Requirements
To ensure safety and enjoyment for all dogs, we require you to provide some key documents and information.
A trial may also be requested, as the health and wellbeing of your dog comes first.
- Up-to-date vaccinations (including kennel cough for kennels)
- Good general health, free from contagious conditions
- Socialised and friendly with other dogs
- Non-aggressive behaviour; additional assessments if needed
